Returns and Warranty

At Runway 13 we do our best to ensure your are happy with your purchases.   If any of our products fails to meet your expectations please contact us and we will do our best to rectify the situation.  

The returns conditions detailed here are only for goods purchased directly from Runway 13 either at our online store or in person.  If you have purchased a product from one of our resellers please contact them for their returns conditions.


Proof of Purchase

For returns and warranty we may ask for a receipt as proof of purchase.  For purchase from our online store you can also refer to the order number as the receipt.


Change of Mind Returns

If you have changed your mind on any product purchased from Runway 13, you can within 14 days of receiving it have it exchanged or refunded provided.

  1. In the first instance contact us by email or phone within 14 days of receiving the products.
  2. We may ask for proof of purchase.
  3. Products being returned for Change of Mind are in complete, unused and resellable condition.  We will accept returned products with the packaging opened provided it is still intact and not damaged
  4. Cost of shipping the product back to us is at the expense of the customer.
  5. For exchanges the cost of shipping the replacement product to the customer is at the their expense, however we may at our discretion offer discounted or free shipping.
  6. For refunds the amount refunded will be for the purchase cost of the product only, and excludes any shipping costs incurred for the original delivery. 
  7. We do not charge any restocking fees on returned goods.


Product Warranty

Runway 13 airbrushes and compressors have a 12 months warranty from the date of receiving it from us and we will repair or replace airbrushes and compressors that are faulty during this period.   

Other tools and materials sold by us do not have a specific warranty and many of these products are consumable in nature.  We may repair or replace these items if we can see that they have a defect at the time of manufacture.

Under warranty we will repair or replace a faulty or defective product provided.

  1. In the first instance contact us by email or phone for assistance.
  2. We may ask for proof of purchase.
  3. For Runway 13 airbrushes and compressors the warranty is for 12 months from the date of receiving it from us. 
  4. For tools and material which do not have a specific warranty we cover for defects at the time of manufacture.
  5. Warranty does not cover products which have been incorrectly operated or maintained, misused or for normal wear and tear.
  6. Cost of shipping the product back to us is at the expense of the customer.
  7. Cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product to the customer is at the their expense, however we may at our discretion offer discounted or free shipping.
